I'm Jonathan! I have 3 years of experience as a product designer in small-medium agile teams. In the product development process, my experiences centers around end-to-end feature delivery, design system integration, and conversion rate optimization. I also recently graduated from the University of Waterloo, majoring in product design with a minor in business, entrepreneurship, and technology.
So, I've been pretty holistically immersed in the startup and product design spaces for several years now. I have plenty of experience “juggling” hats and projects, a holistic coverage of the product design spectrum which includes human-centric and accessible design, and am up to date with all the industry standard tools.

Recently I graduated from the University of Waterloo with a bachelors in Global Business & Digital Arts, focusing on product design. So, I've been pretty holistically immersed in the startup and product design spaces for several years now.
Most recently I worked at theScore Bet as an end-to-end product designer on the Compliance team. There, I built 3 major updates to player protection and retention experiences across 18 operating areas in north america. on native mobile & web platforms while balancing business, technical, and stakeholder requirements. The headlining project I worked on scaled our GTM speed by 10x and reduced maintenance costs easily 100x.
So just to summarize: recently graduated in Product Design from the University of Waterloo, have plenty of experience juggling hats and working fast, and I’m really good at applying my effort strategically and building long term value in a team setting.
